Delivery is free for customers in mainland UK. If you’re outside of that area or unsure whether we cover your address, drop us a line — we’ll be happy to help.

Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days. We’ll give you an expected delivery timeframe at checkout, and you’ll receive order progress updates so you’re never left guessing.

Delivery typically takes 5–10 days because each mattress is made to order, then carefully checked before it’s shipped out to its new home. That way, your mattress arrives fresh, fault-free and ready for years of great sleep.

No, we don’t. We prefer to make each mattress to order rather than keep pre-boxed stock. That means delivery takes 5–10 working days — but we’re confident it’s worth the wait for the quality you’ll receive.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this number to track your package.

Satisfaction & Returns

You get 100 nights to try your mattress at home, risk-free. If it’s not right for you, we’ll collect it for free and give you a full refund. We just ask that you try it for at least 30 nights to give it a fair chance.

Yes — if you return your mattress within the 100-night trial period, we’ll collect it for free and refund you in full. Returned mattresses must be in good condition (no stains, marks or damage), and you’ll need to provide proof of purchase.

Outside of the 100-night trial, your 5- or 10-year guarantee protects your mattress against any manufacturing defects or faults.

Guarantee & Quality

All of our mattresses come with a 10-year guarantee, except the Essentials 1000, which includes a 5-year guarantee.

Our guarantees cover you against any manufacturing faults or defects. If a problem is found within your guarantee period, we’ll repair or replace your mattress free of charge.

Nope — you’ll never catch us doing that. Rolling or boxing a mattress can damage the springs and shorten its lifespan.

All our mattresses are delivered full-sized and ready to sleep on from day one.
