Step 1. Made to Order

We don't offer next-day delivery because we don't believe in "boxed" mattresses sitting in warehouses for months. Your mattress is handcrafted to order in the UK, ensuring the highest quality. This bespoke process takes 5 to 10 working days.

Step 2. Booking Your Slot

We’ll never just turn up. All deliveries are booked in prior to arrival. Our delivery partner will contact you directly to coordinate a date and time that works for your schedule.

Step 3. Doorstep Delivery

Our standard service is delivery to the doorstep. Please ensure someone is home for your slot, as missed deliveries may incur a re-delivery charge.

Our Delivery Reach

We provide FREE Delivery to the UK Mainland on all orders. As we manufacture locally, we maintain full control over the quality of your order until it leaves our doors.

Offshore & Northern Ireland

We want to share the Sleepy Piglet experience as far as possible; however, some locations require extra logistics:

  • Offshore Islands: We can deliver at an additional cost. Please email Sales@sleepypiglet.co.uk for a custom delivery quote.
  • Northern Ireland: Delivery to NI is additional. Please get in touch with our team for pricing before you place your order.
  • Room of Choice: Delivery is to the doorstep. If you require delivery to a specific room or upstairs, this must be agreed in advance and may incur an extra charge.

Why don't you offer next-day delivery?

Unlike many brands, we do not keep stock "sitting on the shelf." We don't offer next-day delivery because your mattress doesn't exist until you order it. By avoiding long-term storage in boxes, we ensure the layers of your mattress arrive in perfect, uncompressed condition.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery to the UK Mainland is completelyFREE. For NI and Offshore, please contact us for a quote.

Do you offer mattress recycling everywhere?

We offer a mattress removal service for the UK Mainland. Unfortunately, mattress recycling isnot availablefor Northern Ireland or offshore islands.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Because our deliveries are booked in advance, missed slots cause significant logistics issues. If you are not available at the agreed time, a re-delivery charge may be applied to your order.

Will the driver take it to my bedroom?

Standard delivery is to thedoorstep only. If you need help getting it to a specific room, please contact us before delivery day so we can arrange this for an additional fee.

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is 100% correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to incorrect details.

• Property Access: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure clear access for the delivery vehicle. If you have narrow lanes or no lift access, please notify us during booking.

• Order Tracking: Once your product is crafted (within 5-10 days), you will receive a notification to book your delivery slot.
