You get 100 nights to put your new mattress through its pacing. That’s about 800 hours of snoozing, stretching, starfishing, tossing and turning. 

If it’s not right for you, we’ll collect it for free and give you a full refund. No stress, no awkward questions, no hidden fees. We just ask that you try it for at least 30 nights to give it a fair chance.

How the 100-night free trial works

We know finding the right mattress is a big decision, so we’ve made the journey as smooth (and sleep-friendly) as possible.

Step 1. Delivery day

Hooray! Your new mattress arrives fresh from our UK makers. Pop it on your bed frame, make it cosy, and enjoy your first night’s sleep.

Step 2. Adjustment period

It takes time to get used to your new mattress. That’s why we recommend giving it at least 30 days so your body can adjust and the mattress materials can relax into their natural feel.

You’ll get a total of 100-nights to put your mattress to the test.

Step 3. Starting your return

If it’s not quite right after 30 nights (and before your 100-night free trial ends), just get in touch. 

You can email us at sales@sleepypiglet.co.uk to begin a return or arrange to swap your mattress for another style. Our friendly team will walk you through the easy returns process. We promise it will be easy-breezy without any nightmare dramas.

Be sure to quote your order number and address in the email so we can get the process started even faster.

Step 4. Free collection & refund

We’ll arrange a free collection from your home. Once it’s been picked up and checked over, we’ll process your full refund, usually within 5–7 working days.

Take good care of your mattress while it’s with you. A little natural wear is totally fine, but it should be in good condition when we collect it. That means no stair surfing or wild adventures, sadly.

Every Sleepy Piglet mattress bought from our website is covered by the 100-night risk-free trial.

When does the 100-night risk-free sleep trial start?

Your trial begins on the day your mattress is delivered, making sure you really do get 100 full nights to put it to the test.

Is the 100-night sleep trial really free?

Yes. If you choose to return your mattress, we’ll connect it for free and give you a full refund. No catches or hidden fees.

Does it matter what condition the mattress is in when I return it?

We ask that the mattress is kept in a clean and good condition. Using a mattress protector is a good idea. 

While we expect there to be some wear after 100 nights, we sadly can’t accept any mattresses that have been misused or damaged beyond the expected wear.

In the rare event your mattress has a manufacturing fault, this will be covered by our 10 year guarantee.

How long should I try the mattress for?

We recommend giving it at least 30 nights. This gives your body time to adjust and helps you get a true feel for the mattress.

Make sure you start your mattress return within the 30–100 night window to be eligible for the 100-night free trial.

100-night free trial key terms and conditions

The trial is only valid for one mattress per household. If you purchase multiple mattresses, only the first one is covered by the trial. We recommend trying one mattress first.

The mattress must be clean, dry, and free from stains, rips, burns, or strong odours.All bedding/linens must be removed.

Place the mattress downstairs in a dry, accessible area near the front door for collection

Once the mattress is delivered to us and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 days. After that, please allow 5–7 working days for the funds to reach your original payment method. If the purchase was made using finance, we will cancel the finance agreement.

If you are not available for the scheduled collection and do not notify us, a £60 re-collection fee will apply.

The trial applies only to mattresses supplied by Sleepy Piglet (not pillows, toppers, duvets, etc.).

Only purchases made directly from Sleepy Piglet qualify.The trial is for home use only, not commercial.The return/refund policy is available only within the UK.

You must initiate a return before the 100-night trial period ends.

Returns made after the 100-night trial will not be accepted.
