At Sleepy Piglet, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Below is our returns policy for online mattress purchases:


Eligibility for Returns

Return Process

2. Collection Fee: A £60 collection fee will be deducted from your refund total.


3. Inspection: Upon return, the mattress will be inspected. If it is found to have any damage or stains, additional fees may apply.


4. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within [timeframe] after the inspection.

Exclusions
