Delivery typically takes 5–10 days because each mattress is made to order then carefully checked before it gets shipped out to its new home. That way, your mattress arrives fresh, fault-free, and ready for years of great sleep.

No, sadly not. We don’t have a warehouse stacked high with mattresses as we don’t believe it’s good practice for quality control. We prefer to make each mattress to order. That means our mattresses are typically delivered in 5–10 working days, but we’re confident it’ll be worth the wait.

Yes. All our mattresses are made right here in the UK. As mattress experts, we’ve made sure all our knowledge has gone into creating a collection of mattresses to suit every sleeper. We work closely with our design and manufacturing partners to create the Sleepy Piglet range of thoughtfully made, expertly crafted mattresses.

Our mattresses all come with a 5-year guarantee (Essentials 1000 mattress) or 10-year guarantee (all other Sleepy Piglet mattresses). This guarantee covers you against any manufacturing faults or defects. If we find one within your 5 or 10 year guarantee period, we’ll repair or replace your mattress for free.

You get 100 nights to try your mattress at home, risk-free. If it’s not right for you, we’ll collect it for free and give you a full refund. We just ask that you try it for at least 30 nights to give it a fair chance.

Most of our mattresses are two-sided so they can be flipped for longer life. The only ones you can’t flip are the Firm Flex Ortho, Ice Cool Gel and Premium Memory Pocket mattresses. Those mattresses contain memory foam or extra firm reflex foam layers, making them one-sided by design.

Nope, you’ll never catch us doing that. Rolling or boxing a mattress can damage the springs and shorten its lifespan. All our mattresses are delivered full-sized and ready to sleep on from day one.

We use pocket springs because they work. Pocket springs move independently, giving you support where you need it most and space where you don’t. They’re better quality than open coils too.

As for microsprings? The high spring count makes them sound impressive but its mostly marketing fluff. Microsprings are much shorter than pocket springs. This means they compress quicky and struggle to offer meaningful support. So, you need a lot more of them to do the same job as a good quality pocket spring. That’s why we prefer to stick with pocket springs. Simply put, we know they work.

No, and that’s on purpose. Having a showroom would mean higher costs that we’d have to pass on to you. We much prefer to keep prices fair and let you try our mattresses in the best showroom there is… your own bedroom. It’s why we offer a 100-night trial.

Yes, if you return your mattress within the 100-night trial period, we’ll collect it for free and give you a full refund. Any returned mattresses must be in good condition, meaning they shouldn’t be dirty, marked or damaged. You must also be able to provide your original proof of purchase.

Outside of the 100-night trial, our 5 or 10-year guarantee protects your mattress against any manufacturing defects or faults.
